Only natural origin controlled products. 100% stone- ground whole wheat flour, Italian raw materials, organic and safe traceability. NO additives, NO colorants, NO hydrogenated fats and emulsifiers.
Soft wheat flour, soft wheat flour type “1” 45%, extra virgin olive oil 8%, natural yeast (soft wheat flour, yeast, natural yeast of wheat flour powder) 5%, salt, malted wheat flour, antioxidant: extracts of rosemary.
SLOW LEAVENING AND SLOW OVEN BAKING
We give time to time with a four slow leavening phases.
Highly specialized collaborators follow the numerous phases of work, intervening at the right time, checking step by step the slow transformation of the products leavening. The next phase of rest gives to the products elasticity and softness, guaranteeing in the baking phase the characteristics of fragrance, lightness and friability, typical of our breadsticks.
