All our zucchini are fresh and they are chosen one by one, cut and grilled. This preparation along with the pasteurization ensure a perfect crunchiness and consistency.

The olive oil plays a crucial role in this preparation since it allows to keep the freshness and the flavour of these vegetables without altering their taste. The absence of vinegar is one of the best characteristic of these products since the sourness is reduced to the minimum.

For this reason, all these vegetables may be also heated up and served hot.  The best solution to enrich a table: a cold and appetizing starter, ideal as a side dish or to stuff pizza. In particular, our grilled peppers are perfect with our delicate bagna cauda, to taste after some minutes in oven, which does not alter its fresh flavour.
