The Campo Rotaliano is a well-demarcated geographical area, a sort of recess of the Adige Valley tucked between the mountains. Its history and origin are closely tied to the Noce River, which, over the centuries, has deposited huge quantities of limestone, granite and porphyry debris.
KRUG - Brut Rosè
Champagne Brut Rosé is characterized by a pink salmon. The nose opens with a delicate bouquet, with fresh red fruit aromas. The palate is elegant, pleasantly fresh and with a fruity aftertaste.
Perfect for accompanying aperitifs, it is ideal in combination with fish and fish-based dishes.
KRUG - Grande cuvee
The Brut Grande Cuvée is characterized by a golden yellow color. You immediately feel a delicate bouquet with hazelnut and nougat scents enriched with pleasant hints of barley candies and fruit jelly. On the palate it is exceptionally cool, with rich tastes of grapefruit and lemon. This Champagne has a high potential for aging.
Gini "La Froscà" Soave Classico D.O.C.
This wine is named after the volcanic hill where the vineyards stand. It is an area that gives a special charm to the wines, making them unique in elegance and finesse.
Langhe Rosso D.O.C. "Pinónero"
This wine is one of our greatest boasts. Vinification Fermentation on contact with yeasts for approximately 12 days and refining in barriques for the following 12/16 months. After bottling it refines in the cellar for 12 more months. Its color is deep ruby red; the perfume is clear and intense with a very rich and classy bouquet. It reveals the typical scent of this vine-strain: currant, raspberry and blackberry. Its taste is outstanding, dry and powerful, still delicate and elegant.
Langhe Rosso D.O.C "L'Insieme"
This wine is produced together with seven other small wineries in order to support humanitarian organisations which finance projects linked to agriculture.
Ca' Dei Frati "Lugana I Frati"
The wine is estate-grown Turbiana, a clone exclusive to the winery. This proprietal grape is cultivated in vineyards located barely 400 meters from Lake Garda and enjoys the moderating climate effects from the body of water. Fermentation in temperature controlled stainless steel. 80% Malolactic fermentation in stainless steel. Aged on the lees for 6 months in tank, followed by 3 months bottle aging prior to release. This is Ca Dei Frati's flagship wine which has made their reputation, and continues to represent the image of the winery. Its production reflects the value they place on local traditions and practices. It is made from grapes grown on 10 to 35 year old vines, planted on calcareous and clay soil. The nose is clean, delicate and fragrant, with perfumes of fresh white flowers and nettles, apricots and almonds. An attractive acidity gives it an elegant finish and makes it particularly easy to drink. It is a perfect match for cold starters, vegetable soups and steamed or grilled fish. It ages well and acquires after several years in bottle notes of spices and candied fruit, as well as complexity.

MUMM - Cuvee Prestige R.LALOU
Capturing the light, the robe of the G.H. Mumm Cuvee R. Lalou is a beautiful and radiant gold. The nose reveals aromas of white flowers and orange zest, with gourmet notes of vanilla, nougat and honey. In the mouth, the palate is initially fresh and lively before opening up to reveal a richness and power to balance the structure and acidity. The generosity on the palate builds to a final crescendo and a beautifully long finish.
Philipponat - CUVEE 1522
1522 Grand Cru vineyards "Cuvée" comes from: the pinot noir comes from the vineyard "Léon" Ay, while chardonnay comes from the municipality of Oger, in the Côte des Blancs. Partially fermented in French oak. Aged for about 5-7 years on the Lees before disgorgement. Minimum dose of 4 g/l. bright, golden yellow Colour with fine and persistent perlage. The nose reveals complex aromas of fruit berries (blackcurrant), acacia flowers, honey, with a sweet gingerbread referral. In mouth, the taste is generous and balanced: it grows with great tenor and good freshness on a deep mineral texture and hints of berries and white pepper. Long and sapid. Great attitude.
Philipponat Royale Reserve
On the nose: lime flower, flower of vineyard and hawthorn. On the palate: citrus notes and a beautiful liveliness without being aggressive. Long and clear finals, on notes of hot bread and fresh apple.
Gini "Recioto di Soave" Classic
This wine brings together the best expressions of our vineyards, a single bottle to express the aromas and the flavours of our land harmoniously. The mention “Classico” distinguishes the Soave made from vineyards standing in the historical hilly area where Garganega grapes are traditionally grown.
Rocche dei Manzoni "Remember"
After the harvest, the grapes are manually worked in a small wood wine-press. The must is then introduced into small oak barrels where it first ferments and then it ages for 3 years before refining in bottle for 12 months.
Its color is an intense gold yellow; its perfumes are intense and fascinating. Its palate has spicy scents with a slightly sweet vein.
Roccolo Grassi "Amarone"
Roccolo Grassi Amarone is a wine of great structure and softness. Its aim is to feature great balance, finesse and complexity. Here tannins are very sweet but appreciable with good length and depth.
Its colour is an intense ruby red; hints of cherry, red berries , plum, spice, tobacco and herbs are noticeable on the nose. It’s a very fine wine, complex , where the aromas perceived on the nose, and yet again in the mouth, become more defined, intricate and finer with time.
With its great character and personality this Amarone expresses the distinctive terroir of Roccolo Grassi vineyards, which confer inimitable notes of spices, tobacco, ripe fruit and herbs.
Roccolo Grassi "La Broia" Soave
A wine featuring nice aromatic complexity, powerful, fine, enjoyable freshness and minerality. Mineral notes , white flowers, peach are perceived on the nose. In the mouth Soave La Broia is fresh, tasty, and white flowers and fruit are present yet again.
We aim to express at the best the origin of the grapes which grow on alluvial soil with high limestone content. Additionally, wood fermentation increases longevity and complexity.
Roccolo Grassi "Valpolicella"
Roccolo Grassi Valpolicella Superiore is made from a combination of fresh grapes and slightly dried grapes in equal percentage. The slight dehydration of the grapes lasts 20 days (percentage amount of grapes and number of days may vary depending on the vintage) in order to alter the peel/pulp ratio and therefore obtain a fresh fruit with a slightly higher concentration and rich with the noble components of the peel. This is followed by a 20-month aging in wood , assembling and bottling.
A section of the vineyard is designated exclusively to growing grapes for Valpollicella Superiore. Grapes for Amarone are not selected from this area. This allows for better concentration , as well as exceptional complexity and finesse of aroma.
Its colour is a deep ruby red. The spiciness of tobacco and white pepper, the mineral notes of graphite , coffee , cherry and small red berries are noticeable on the nose. In the mouth it is fat, full-bodied, and soft. Sweet tannins, yet of great depth, are appreciable.
It’s a very fine and complex wine , definitely an ambitious Valpolicella, full of character and personality, which enhances with aging in bottle .
