Made from a single olive oil varietal, Sassicaia Extra Virgin Olive Oil has a spicy aroma with a round, balanced flavour and clean taste.
This Sassicaia extra virgin olive oil is medium fruity with clear olive scent and notes of ripe fruit & a slight herbaceous scent of artichoke. First cold pressed and made from the early harvest olive; you’ll notice Sassicaia Extra Virgin Olive Oil clean aftertaste, owing to extremely low acidity level of 0.25%.
It is ideal for drizzling on bruschetta, fish and salads, and for preparing mayonnaise and other purposes.
